At Almares, we craft every piece with intention and care. We want you to love what you receive, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, refunds, cancellations, and disputes.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible, non-custom items.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
To start a return:
Email us at almarescontact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there.
Refunds & Disputes
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We do not offer refunds on:
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
- Sale items
- Custom work (unless defective)
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We’re here to make it right.
Have a dispute or concern?
Please contact us directly before opening a formal dispute. We truly care and will always work with you to resolve issues fairly.
Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase, as many items are made to order and begin processing quickly.
If your order has already been prepared or shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation. In that case, our standard return policy applies.
